Two Hour Trail Ride
The two hour ride is great for beginners or even for advanced
riders that just don’t have the time to spend all day riding. This
package is very popular for families with younger children that
don’t have the
attention
span to spend more than a few hours doing anything. This ride is
offered seven days a week and is available during the morning,
afternoon, or evening. The trip starts when we meet you at the
pre-scheduled time. From there we will take you to the Quarter
Circle HM Ranch that is situated high in the mountains above
Ridgway. Next we get you situated with a horse and give riding
instruction. After that you follow your guide down the trail from
one scenic spot to the next. When the ride is over we generally have
to pry you away from your horse. Trail riding is a good way to get
out of town and do something that you just wouldn’t do otherwise.
The two hour ride is great for locals because they can skip out of
work a little bit early and leave the stresses of town behind for a
while. Nothing cures the daily grind like getting out in to nature
and just enjoying yourself while soaking up the beautiful
surroundings.
